Reverend Owens bible education was received from Wisconsin Baptist Training Ministry Union; Tabernacle Community Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Wilbur Baker.
Scriptural Motivation: Mark 16:15 "And He said unto them, go ye until all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature".
He is faithful in the church. He served as Assistant to Pastor Harris. He was Interim Pastor for eighteen (18) months after Pastor Harris's homegoing. Rev. Owens now serves as Pastoral Associate and Sunday School teacher. He oversees prayer meeting and early morning worship service.
