Rev. Belin  attended Ministerial Theology classes at Tabernacle Community Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Robert L Harris.  In 1991, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts which included Theology classes at Concordia University in Mequon.
